Themed “New Era, Shared Future”, the third China International Import Expo (CIIE) was held from Nov 5 to 10 in Shanghai. More than 2,600 enterprises gathered and presented their advanced products. And many innovative products have made their world premiere. Let’s have a look at three of them.

Portable kayak
便攜皮劃艇

A folding, portable, 18-kilogram “backpack” can be inflated (充氣) into a kayak. The safe, lightweight ITIWIT X500 Kayak makes kayak racing, an extreme sport, accessible to the majority.
重18千克的便攜式折疊“行李背包”充氣后就變成了一艘皮劃艇。這款安全、輕便的ITIWIT X500皮劃艇令賽艇這項(xiàng)極限運(yùn)動(dòng)走進(jìn)大眾。

It consists of five “air chambers”, so even if two of them don’t work, the inflatable kayak will help passengers safely return to land.
這款皮劃艇由五個(gè)“氣囊”組成，因此即便其中兩個(gè)無法正常工作，可充氣皮劃艇仍然可以安全地將乘客送回陸地。

This product, made by Decathlon, a French sports goods group, is currently the world’s “hardest” inflatable kayak. To solve long-standing problems in the kayak industry – from lack of durability to overall insufficient performance – the company applied a special metal processing technology to its product. The ITIWIT X500 Kayak’s V-shaped bottom makes this product long-lasting and tough.

Nucleic acid testing could be faster in the future. KingFisher Apex, made by the Finnish tech company Thermo Fisher Scientific, can complete the extraction of 96 nucleic acid samples in just 15 minutes.
核酸檢測的速度將來會(huì)變得更快。芬蘭科技公司賽默飛世爾科技制造的KingFisher Apex全自動(dòng)磁珠提取純化系統(tǒng)能在短短15分鐘內(nèi)完成96個(gè)核酸樣品提取。

The tester can purify nucleic acid and protein automatically to save researchers time spent on additional steps, significantly improving nucleic acid test efficiency. It adopts a unique technology to ensure that contaminants are removed from samples so as to improve the accuracy of test results.
這款檢測儀能夠自動(dòng)提取核酸與蛋白質(zhì)，節(jié)省研究人員進(jìn)行額外步驟的時(shí)間，并極大地提高核酸檢測效率。儀器使用了一種獨(dú)特技術(shù)，從而確保樣本中除去了污染物，提高檢測結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。

Also, the system eliminates manual intervention. The risk of exposure to harmful re-agents or biological samples, such as blood, is greatly reduced for medical staff.

Whether it’s a classroom blackboard or a tablet, an outdoor activity or a mobile phone game, the lens from Essilor, a French company, keeps the same control effect, with changeable viewing angles and constant visual clarity.
青少年近視的救星來了 —— 一款近視控制鏡片。不論是面對教室黑板還是平板電腦，在戶外活動(dòng)還是玩手機(jī)游戲，來自法國公司依視路的這款鏡片能夠達(dá)到同樣的控制效果，并且視角多變，視野清晰。

The lens can create a beam in front of the retina that will slow down the increase of the eye axis. Therefore, the development of myopia can be contained.
這款鏡片能夠在視網(wǎng)膜前形成光束帶，減緩眼軸增長，從而達(dá)到減緩近視發(fā)展的效果。

“After more than two years of clinical research, the results show that the Stellest lens has an obvious effect on slowing down myopia progression in children,” said Lü Fan, a professor at Eye Optical Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University.
“經(jīng)過兩年多的臨床研究，結(jié)果表明星趣控鏡片對緩解兒童近視進(jìn)展有比較明顯的作用，”溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬眼視光醫(yī)院教授呂帆如此說道。
