For the first time, an untold story has been made public. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, a new TV series The Mission of Top Secret hit screens on April 19.
一段鮮為人知的故事首次公開。為慶祝中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年，電視劇《絕密使命》于4月19日開播。

It revolves around the undercover communication line during the revolutionary era in the 1930s. The line started from Hong Kong and went through Guangdong, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces. Mao Zedong once described it as “the blood vessel in our body”.
該劇圍繞20世紀(jì)30年代革命時(shí)期一條秘密交通線展開。這條交通線自香港出發(fā)，途徑廣東、福建、江西等地。毛澤東曾說，“交通線就像我們身上的血脈”。

The 3,000-kilometer route for logistics of supply and escort of revolutionary leaders became the Party members’ lifeline connecting their base area in mountainous regions with the outside world, China Daily reported.
據(jù)《中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)》報(bào)道，這條輸送物資、護(hù)送干部的交通線長(zhǎng)達(dá)3000公里，是共產(chǎn)黨連接山區(qū)革命根據(jù)地與外界的生命線。

To some extent, The Mission of Top Secret is an “alternative” spy TV series. Compared to Lurk, which focuses on how agents collect intelligence from enemies, it emphasizes how to transfer confidential information.
在某種程度上，《絕密使命》是一部另類的諜戰(zhàn)劇。相比電視劇《潛伏》聚焦諜報(bào)人員如何從敵人內(nèi)部收集情報(bào)，《絕密使命》則強(qiáng)調(diào)如何傳遞情報(bào)。

To present the hard work and life of undercover intelligence operations, the production team rebuilt an entire old street and more than 10 boats in order to make the setting as authentic as possible. The crew also traveled to these provinces to restore historical scenery with more than 90 percent of the scenes shot in real environments.
為了再現(xiàn)地下情報(bào)人員的艱苦工作與生活，制作團(tuán)隊(duì)重新改造了一整條老街，建造了10余條船，只為呈現(xiàn)最真實(shí)的年代場(chǎng)景。劇組還走訪這些省份，為了還原歷史風(fēng)貌，90%以上的場(chǎng)景采取實(shí)景拍攝。

Director Bai Tao recalled their experience going through a section of the road of communication lines. He found that it was easy to get lost with the road divided into many forest paths. Under the circumstances, it’s shocking that those agents could accomplish their mission.
導(dǎo)演白濤回顧他們重走了一段交通線的經(jīng)歷，他發(fā)現(xiàn)這條路分成許多林間小路，很容易迷路。在這種情況下，這些紅色交通員卻能完成任務(wù)，令人震撼且感動(dòng)。

“We hope their loyalty to the Party and fearlessness can be transmitted to more people through the TV series,” Bai told Zhejiang Daily.
“我們希望他們這種忠誠(chéng)無畏的精神能通過影視劇傳達(dá)給更多人，”白濤在接受《浙江日?qǐng)?bào)》采訪時(shí)表示。
