The reality show Older Sisters Riding the Winds and Breaking the Waves wrapped up on Sept 4. Seven performers stood out from 30 contestants and formed a brand-new girl group. They included Ning Jing, Wan Qian, Meng Jia, Li Sidanni, Zhang Yuqi, Yu Kewei and Huang Ling.
9月4日，真人秀《乘風(fēng)破浪的姐姐》落下帷幕。七位表演者從三十名參賽選手中脫穎而出，成立全新女團(tuán)。她們是寧靜、萬茜、孟佳、李斯丹妮、張雨綺、郁可唯以及黃齡。
“What defines a girl group? I have many answers, but none of the answers were about age,” said Meng, a former member of K-pop girl group Miss A. The show exclusively featured 30 female singers, actors and hosts older than 30. What Meng said echoed the theme of the show: fighting ageism.
“是什么定義了一個(gè)女團(tuán)？我有很多個(gè)答案，但沒有一個(gè)與年齡有關(guān)，”韓國流行女團(tuán)Miss A前成員孟佳說道。該節(jié)目以30位30歲以上的女性歌手、演員以及主持人為主角。而孟佳所言則呼應(yīng)了節(jié)目的主題：對(duì)抗年齡歧視。
